Electrical Installation and Security Systems for Untere Burg Mylau Public tender for the renovation of the historical castle complex Burg Mylau (renovation of the North Wing and Lower Castle Mylau) in Reichenbach im Vogtland. The construction services comprise two lots: Lot 22 for electrical installation (including dismantling of the old system, reconstruction of the electrical system from the building connection room, establishment of construction site power supply, cable laying, distribution boards, terminals, laying systems, cables & wires, lighting, emergency lighting, and network technology) and Lot 23 for the installation and expansion of a burglary and fire alarm system (BMA/EMA) based on the "Solution F1" system from NSC Sicherheitstechnik GmbH and "MB-Secure" from Honeywell Security. The scope of services extends to extensive cable laying (including over 3,000 m of NYM cables, over 1,200 m of fire alarm cables, 1,040 m of Cat. 7 data cables), the installation of numerous installation devices, luminaires, emergency lights, as well as the integration of control panels, detectors, locks, and modules.
