High-resolution digital microscopy system
High-resolution digital microscopy system for optical examination, documentation, measurement, and three-dimensional analysis of samples from research, development, and quality assurance at Fraunhofer IKTS-HD: Use as a standalone analysis device in laboratories for reproducible, operator-independent image acquisition over a wide magnification range. The system must enable at least high-resolution digital imaging including 4K live image display, software-supported objective change over a wide magnification range, live depth of field extension and 3D surface/height profile analysis, automated 2D and 3D panoramic images with a motorized XYZ sample stage, and standard-compliant measurement and analysis functions for roughness, residual dirt, and metallographic analyses. Optional later expandability with an integrated material analysis unit is planned. The procurement is part of the TAB project 2025 FGI 0016 to support research, development, and quality assurance work in the field of ceramic material and process development.
