Supply of a high-resolution nano-XCT system: a functional complete device including assembly, commissioning, all necessary connections, approvals/certifications, and operating software. The system is for the non-destructive detection and evaluation of structural deviations, contact defects, and damage characteristics, as well as their precise localization in components for high-resolution physical diagnostics, particularly via radiography (2D) and X-ray tomography (3D-CT). A high-performance multi-processor workstation for postprocessing the imaging data is also included.
