Timber construction, windows, and roof sealing for the extension of a single-story timber light construction into a 2-story (basement, ground floor) building in reinforced concrete construction: 150 m³ CLT ceilings and walls, 35 m³ glued laminated timber beams / supports GL24/GL28, 10 m³ softwood C24 (bearing timbers, rafters, timber studs); prefabrication scope of 550 linear meters of load-bearing timber components (main beams for floor and roof, flanking beams, supports, bearing timbers, and rafters); approx. 250 m² non-load-bearing CLT interior walls 100/120; 250 m² non-load-bearing web-joist wall elements with cavity insulation and ventilated curtain wall made of open and closed timber cladding for the exterior facade; 550 m² flat roof sealing for main roof areas with tapered insulation and bitumen sealing using the pour-and-roll method, including parapet coverings made of powder-coated aluminum; 8 single windows W/H 1.25x2.10m tilt-and-turn with external textile screen sun protection; 6 single windows W/H 1.25x2.10m tilt-and-turn with external textile screen sun protection; 3 flat roof window elements as openable skylights; 1 flat roof window element as smoke and heat exhaust ventilation system.
