Timber Facade for Sector Coupling Demonstration Center

Timber facade works for a Sector Coupling Demonstration Center (research building with laboratory and office spaces): 1 lump sum for workshop and assembly planning for the timber facade; 1,120 m² fasteners and anchoring; 1,120 m² wall brackets and consoles; 1,120 m² vertical support profiles and adjustment level; 550 m additional substructure for vertical and horizontal fastening in the window band areas; 1,180 m² mineral wool insulation for the facade area; 1,120 m² aluminum system rails (HAT profiles); 445 m upper and lower horizontal aluminum sheet profiles; 1,120 m² panel system with thermo-pine timber slats 42 × 80 mm; 60 m² cladding for facade openings made of thermo-pine 42 x 80 mm; 150 m aluminum external window sills. The facade will feature a vertical structure of timber slats on a weather shell made of color-coated metal elements. Large-area cladding with fiber cement panels will be used to highlight the entrance area and the laboratory facade (ground floor north).
