Complete service for a ready-to-use 3-storey school building (GK 3) in modular timber construction with learning clusters: including execution and W+M planning, structural analysis and structural review. The building is designed for a 3-stream secondary school with teaching, full-day, and administrative areas, as well as a canteen. External dimensions approx. 105 x 31 m, net floor area approx. 6,200 m², gross floor area approx. 7,000 m², gross volume approx. 31,000 m³. It comprises approx. 200 room modules, an in-situ concrete slab foundation with RC concrete, floor coverings of linoleum, rubber, tiles, and floor coating, a curtain metal facade, an extensively greened flat roof, wood/aluminum windows with thermal insulation glazing and PR facade, and an external Venetian blind system. Ceilings consist of wood wool acoustic panels or suspended expanded metal ceilings. Technical equipment includes air-to-water heat pumps with ceiling radiant panels, HVAC systems with heat recovery, a grease separator, central building automation, a catering kitchen, and a barrier-free elevator. PV system, outdoor facilities, and transformer station are to be provided by the client.
