Timber frame construction, carpentry, and timber curtain wall for the new construction of the Schwelm Linderhausen fire station in timber-hybrid design: Due to the steep slope, the vehicle hall will be built as a single-story structure facing the street, while the two-story rear side will accommodate ancillary rooms such as changing rooms, sanitary facilities, and a training room. The supporting structure in the basement is planned as a reinforced concrete construction, and on the ground floor, a combination of reinforced concrete and timber frame construction is foreseen. The roof construction of the ancillary rooms on the ground floor is planned in timber. The execution period is expected to be from 28.08.2026 to 04.12.2026. Eligibility criteria include business liability insurance and at least two completed reference projects (LPH 8 completion) from the last ten years. The award criterion is price, further items as per the tender documents.
