Data Analysis: Hiking Trails and Habitat Use in National Park

The subject of the tender is the provision of freelance scientific services for data analysis regarding the influence of hiking trails on the habitat use of red deer and roe deer in the Bavarian Forest National Park. The contractor shall be responsible for the preparation, statistical analysis, and interpretation of extensive provided datasets (including camera trap, behavioural, and browsing data) as well as the creation of a final report and a scientific manuscript in English. The aim is to investigate the influence of anthropogenic disturbances on wildlife behaviour and to quantify the effects on browsing intensity in forest regeneration areas.
