Wood preservation assessment for the Eichenwald Primary School: pre-construction investigation in the roof spaces of two building parts to identify wood-destroying fungi and insects, wood preservatives, and moisture damage, especially in the eaves areas. Additionally, documentation of the gym's roof structure is required to record missing cross bracing. The investigation is divided into two service modules: 1. internal investigation of roof spaces, 2. investigation of eaves areas (optional). Results must be presented in a summary report for each module. The service includes a visual assessment for recording and mapping potential damage, and if necessary, further investigations such as drilling resistance measurements, moisture measurements, endoscopic examinations, and laboratory tests in an accredited laboratory; further items as per the tender documents.
