Hygiene and Cleaning Consumables for the State Capital Dresden

Framework agreement for the procurement of hygiene and cleaning consumables for the State Capital Dresden: Estimated quantities for 2 years include approximately 208,340 items of hygiene and cleaning accessories, approximately 3,590 cleaning liquids, approximately 13,290 items of waste and hygiene bags, and approximately 520 disinfectants and accessories. Maximum quantities for 2 years are approximately 244,480 items of hygiene and cleaning accessories, approximately 4,970 cleaning liquids, approximately 19,250 items of waste and hygiene bags, and approximately 860 disinfectants and accessories. Delivery will be to approximately 150 delivery points within the Dresden city area. The contract period begins on 01.11.2026 and ends on 31.10.2027, with an automatic extension option for 1 year until 31.10.2028 at the latest, unless terminated 6 months prior to expiry. No security deposits are required. Payments will be made according to § 17 VOL/B. Required suitability proofs include self-declarations regarding business registration/re-registration, commercial register entry, turnover for the last 3 financial years for comparable services, at least 2 references, and grounds for exclusion according to § 16 para. 4 and 5 VOL/A and § 2 para. 1 VOL/A. The award criterion is the lowest price, further items as per the tender documents.
