Subscription licenses for the VMware Cloud Foundation virtualization platform (manufacturer Broadcom): Provision and renewal of licenses for VMware Cloud Foundation (Subscription, 12 months) and VMware vDefend Firewall Bundle (Subscription, 12 months), each for 2,360 Cores, core-based licensing with a minimum of 16 cores per CPU. Included are manufacturer support (at least "Production Support", 24/7 availability for critical incidents Severity 1), an on-demand support contingent of maximum 5 person-days for escalation management, license consulting, and quantity requirement determination, proof of license registration, reporting, and license balance. The contract duration is 12 months, from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027, as a one-time procurement for the continuation of an existing installed base.
