Supply, installation, and maintenance of identification systems, weighing systems, and on-board computers, as well as equipment for detecting and monitoring sorting errors on household waste trucks: Integration, remote transmission, and analysis of data, along with assistance for the approval of weighing systems. The framework agreement will be executed via purchase orders, with services remunerated based on unit and lump-sum prices. The objective is to maintain the operational readiness and performance of on-board equipment across the current vehicle fleet and to equip new waste trucks under the same conditions. This involves the equipping and operation of on-board systems in current and new vehicles, their installation and maintenance to ensure operational status and compliance with current legislation, the daily transfer and storage of vehicle data on a secure municipal exchange platform, the daily provision of collection data compliant with the municipality's information and billing system, and the integration of technical developments and new functional requirements. A mandatory variant is the detection and monitoring of sorting errors (SDE) on household waste trucks, including their analysis and the proposal of AI-assisted action plans. The development and installation of this specific equipment, along with the necessary service continuity, require a testing phase before full deployment.
