ICT Analysis, Research, and Consultancy Services for Health Companies in Helse Sør-Øst
Framework agreement for strategic consultancy and access to updated, independent knowledge in the ICT area: Provision of analyses, methods, tools, industry experts, benchmarking, conferences, and adapted services via a portal/database. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts. Sub-contract 1 (International Insights) includes consultancy, analyses, and insight based on international best practice, as well as access to expert competence. Tenderers must demonstrate international presence and data basis covering markets outside the Nordic countries. International insight comprises analyses, research, experiences, market data, and expert competence covering international trends, technology development, the supplier market, and best practice outside the Nordic countries.
