Property Management Services for the Municipality of Muurame
Property management and maintenance for properties administered by the Municipality of Muurame: includes property maintenance and upkeep, outdoor area maintenance, and caretaker services. Additionally, a 24/7 on-call service is included for all days of the week, year-round. A more detailed description of the tasks is provided in the tender documents and the client's maintenance log system (Granlund Manager). Site visits are scheduled for Mon 7.9. and Tue 8.9. from 9:00-16:00, starting at Nisulanmäki School Center, Nisulantie 1, Muurame. Registration for site visits is required by Fri 4.9. at 14:00 via email to pekka.pulliainen@muurame.fi. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier and is not divided into lots.
