The contract duration is 3 years, commencing 1 January 2027, with an option for Frederiksberg Municipality for 2 extensions of 12 months each. A locally situated administration office in Frederiksberg Municipality must be provided, with ground-floor access or elevator access, for personal inquiries from residents, housing seekers, and other individuals. The office must be open for personal inquiries for a minimum of 15 hours per week on weekdays, including at least one afternoon between 13:00 and 16:00. Telephone availability must be a minimum of 28 hours per week during normal business hours.
