Implementation of an Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, and Reporting System
Supply of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform: including auxiliary software such as standard software (operating systems, database software, communication programs, interfaces), utilities, and any other software required for running the platform on the provided hardware infrastructure. Implementation services: requirements analysis and detailed system design (blueprint), project planning and implementation, installation and configuration of the platform at the contracting authority's premises on the provided hardware infrastructure, interfacing and integration with existing IT systems, testing and acceptance, operational support and stress testing of the integrated system, commissioning of software products, staff training, software development and customization, documentation delivery, data migration and database population if necessary, and import of technical attributes of equipment and static network topology. Warranty services: support and maintenance during the warranty period. Free software version renewal of the ADVANCED ANALYTICS Platform for the contract duration through the supply, adaptation, and installation of new software upgrades with a minimum frequency determined by changes in platform characteristics. Resolution of platform change requests that may arise at any time after the detailed design phase until the end of the hypercare period.
