Industrial Hall for a Direct Air Capture Plant in Chemiepark Marl

Delivery and assembly of an industrial hall for housing a sub-process of a Direct Air Capture research facility in Chemiepark Marl, near Gate 6. The service includes the delivery and assembly of a steel hall with approx. 13.5 m width, approx. 22 m length, and approx. 8.3 m eaves height, equipped with a pitched roof, insulated wall panels, continuous roof light, gate systems including escape doors, outdoor and indoor lighting, lightning protection, crane runways, and a ventilation system. The scope also includes the static calculation and certification of the steel structure, assembly and maintenance documentation, and other required technical documents. Foundation, fire protection concept, and noise protection are not part of the service. Material must be ready for assembly from December 2026, with execution from 01.12.2026 to 31.01.2027. A confidentiality agreement must be signed before accessing the complete tender documents. Planning and static calculation of the hall are required. Proof of suitability according to VOB/A § 6a, supplemented by informal confirmation of availability during the execution period.
