Information campaign for regional conferences: to inform the public, affected regions, political and administrative actors, and multipliers about the site selection process for a high-level radioactive waste repository and their participation opportunities. Includes demand-dependent communication measures and coordinated information actions at critical points in the participation process; support for the establishment, constitution, and work of the regional conferences. Starts 2027, with the main focus of measures expected from autumn 2027 to the end of 2028. Services include project management and PR consulting, conceptual and editorial services, creative, design, information design, final artwork, rendering, audio, and moving image services in compliance with BASE's corporate design, social media services, media planning, crisis prevention and communication, support for BASE's press work, staffing of exhibitions and information stands at regional events by trained personnel as required, and establishment and operation of a telephone hotline by trained personnel.
