Information System for Central and External Pharmacy

Delivery, installation, implementation, customization, integration, and maintenance of a comprehensive information system for the central and external pharmacy of UKC Ljubljana. The system includes software for hospital pharmacy activities, public pharmacy activities, galenic laboratory activities, and financial and material warehouse management for central and departmental depots. Also included is the purchase of permanent licenses for the information system (including for handhelds/data capture terminals with integrated barcode and 2D code readers), integration with WWKS2.0 for external and hospital pharmacies, and maintenance of the information system and APP for handhelds/terminals for 24 months, including unlimited updates. During the implementation phase, a test IT environment and a production environment must be established and put into operation. The supply of handhelds/data capture terminals is not part of this tender.
