Information System for Central and External Pharmacy

Information system for central and external pharmacies: Delivery, installation, implementation, customization, integration with existing systems, and maintenance and support of a comprehensive information system for the central and external pharmacy of UKC Ljubljana. The system includes software for hospital pharmacy activities, public pharmacy activities, galenic laboratory activities, and financial and material warehouse operations for central and departmental warehouses. Also included is the purchase of permanent licenses for the information system (including for handhelds/data capture terminals with integrated barcode and 2D code readers), integration with WWKS2.0 for external and hospital pharmacies, and maintenance (of the information system and APP for handhelds/data capture terminals with integrated barcode and 2D code readers) for 24 months, including unlimited updates. The contractor must establish and launch a test IT environment during the implementation phase, and establish a production environment and perform the production launch. The supply of handhelds/data capture terminals (with integrated barcode and and 2D code readers) is not part of this tender.
