Infrastructure, District Heating, and Drinking Water Network for Zell-Weierbach School Campus

Pipeline construction for infrastructure, district heating, and drinking water network on the premises of Weingarten Primary School and Erich Kästner Secondary School, and the plot for the heating center in Zell-Weierbach, executed in two construction phases: 1. Construction Phase: Connection of the heating center with district heating and drinking water, and the daycare center with district heating. This includes laying approx. 70 m pre-insulated PE drinking water pipe DN25 - DN65, approx. 175 m pre-insulated PE-Xa heating pipe NW 50-100 in the client-provided trench, and house entries for drinking water and heating pipes in 2 buildings, partly including core drillings. 2. Construction Phase: Pipeline installation and development of the existing buildings SOUTH, EAST, WEST, and new building NORTH. This involves laying approx. 380 m pre-insulated PE drinking water pipe DN32 - DN100 in the client-provided trench, mounting and connecting 2 underground hydrants, laying approx. 345 m pre-insulated PE heating pipe NW 50-110 as single and double pipe in the client-provided trench, and house entries for drinking water and heating pipes in 4 buildings, partly including core drillings.
