Infrastructure works for the optimization and electrification of the České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí railway line: Overall reconstruction and electrification of the České Velenice – Veselí nad Lužnicí section to increase track speed and safety. This includes the reconstruction of the superstructure (tracks, switches) and railway subgrade, culverts, and bridges. Additionally, new platforms (550 mm above top of rail), traction power systems (AC 25kV 50 Hz system), low and high voltage power supply, and new communication (cabling, radio, DŘT) and signaling equipment will be built. This measure is part of a larger project divided into three separate contracts (Infrastructure, Energy, Signaling Equipment); further items as per the tender documents.
