Infrastructure works for pedestrian zones and traffic control in Ploiesti

Execution of infrastructure works including delivery and installation of equipment and fittings for pedestrianization and controlled traffic in the central area of Ploiesti: reconfiguration and redistribution of space by reducing car lanes, extending and rehabilitating sidewalks, creating green areas and bicycle paths; modernization of road infrastructure and urban elements by repairing road surfaces and sidewalks, standardizing paving, modernizing lighting (including ornamental lighting), and updating utility networks; provision of facilities for alternative transport and accessibility through the introduction of bike-sharing stations and the creation of bicycle paths; regulation of parking and elimination of vehicular invasion through strict parking regulations or the promotion of underground parking. The estimated value of the acquisition is 32,250,011.22 Lei without VAT, comprising C+M value of 23,686,484.93 Lei without VAT, value for machinery, technological equipment, functional equipment requiring assembly, and fittings of 8,417,225.10 Lei without VAT, and value for site organization – related expenses of 146,301.19 Lei without VAT. Not included are diverse and unforeseen expenses of 2,829,604.30 Lei without VAT, and the implementation reserve of 10,036,330.30 Lei without VAT.
