Upgrade works for local road L3412 and ancillary site development works to provide access to the IDA Ireland land bank at Kilmurry, Slieverue, and Gorteen, Belview, Co. Kilkenny. The works include the upgrade of local road L3412 from an existing eastern IDA Ireland roundabout to the new IDA Ireland land bank at Kilmurray, connecting back to the existing L3412 to the west via a new roundabout. The upgrade will be implemented online on the existing road and offline on adjoining land.
