Infusion Pumps for Home Care

Delivery of 4 infusion technologies for home care, including accessories (bag, fanny pack), for the Inpatient Department and Outpatient Clinic of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, pavilion B, 1st and 2nd floor, U Nemocnice 2094/1, Prague 2. Also included are delivery of all accessories, customs duties, transport, commissioning of the equipment, performance of the initial biomedical technical control (BTK), training of the buyer's operating personnel, and handover of relevant documents, especially the declaration of conformity and operating instructions in printed and electronic form. Furthermore, the scope of services includes the provision of warranty service, performance of safety inspections, professional maintenance, and periodic checks at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer, but at least once every 2 years, under the conditions specified in the tender documentation.
