Engineering and Planning Services for ETCS Expansion Germany – Kralupy n. Vlt.

Project planning services for the ETCS expansion of the railway line Germany – Kralupy n. Vlt.: Preparation of project documentation for the construction permit of transport infrastructure (DPS) to obtain a legally binding construction permit according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act. This includes the opinion of the notified body, the activities of the OSH coordinator during the preparation phase, the creation of the OSH plan and the maintenance manual. Development and submission of the application for the construction permit with all required documents, cooperation in the issuance of decisions until they become legally effective. Designer's supervision during the preparation of the DPS, including coordination of procedures. Preparation of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) according to § 6 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., including complete EIA documentation as per Annex No. 4 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., and incorporation of EIA results into the DPS. The service is divided into two sections: Section A from the German border up to and including Prostřední Žleb, Section B from Prostřední Žleb (excluding) to Kralupy nad Vltavou (excluding).
