Engineering Services for Pathmos-Stadsveld

Engineering services for the implementation of the Water and Climate Adaptation Plan 2022-2026 in Pathmos-Stadsveld: The goal is to prepare the city of Enschede for 70 mm of rain per hour by 2050. Measures are to be implemented by December 31, 2033, and include improving the main drainage structure, creating additional water storage capacity, and integrally combining municipal ambitions such as green spaces, heating network, traffic, and parking. The outcome is an integrated, feasible, and spatially adaptable design that demonstrably improves water management (drainage and storage), is based on explicit considerations between functions such as water, green, traffic, parking, and heating network, and provides a sustainable, politically defensible solution for the coming years.
