Engineering services: Object planning for traffic facilities and engineering structures (service phases 8 and 9 according to HOAI 2021), local construction supervision for traffic facilities and engineering structures (as special service according to HOAI 2013), and safety and health coordination for all trades of the overall construction project according to the Construction Site Ordinance. Additional services include managing digital building files, change order and plan management, public relations, review of tender and execution documents, inventory management, cost control and updating, monitoring of the construction schedule, photo documentation, implementation and updating of traffic concepts, monitoring of traffic safety obligations, control of inspection tests, construction-accompanying control surveying, electronic construction billing, compilation of final invoice files, review and updating of building logs, and BBQ coordination according to DIN 1045-1000 including concept development and updating.
