Design, construction works, and author supervision for a new extension to the existing Income Building in Ruse: The building is located on plot with cadastral identifier 63427.2.5767 and an area of 6,082 sq. m. at Svoboda Square No. 4, UPL I-671, block 88, in the central city area. The extension is to face Alexandrovska Street (main pedestrian street) and Cherno More Street, with main pedestrian access from Alexandrovska Street and service/economic access from Cherno More Street. The existing access to the underground parking levels must be preserved. A zero-cycle phase for the 'Theater Complex' has already been completed. The project is Category I. Services include the preparation of an investment technical project, the execution of construction and assembly works, and author supervision during the construction phase.
