Engineering services for traffic facilities planning for Ichostraße and Martin-Luther-Straße: For the Ichostraße project, services include preparation of the award procedure (HOAI §47, Lph.6), local construction supervision (HOAI §47, Lph.8 special services) including utility coordination, supplementary claim review (on merits and amount), construction site protocols, photo documentation, excavation monitoring, coordination of explosive ordnance disposal companies, ecological construction supervision, and consideration of residents' concerns with individual adaptation works. Furthermore, coordination of occupational safety and health matters according to BaustellV, development and creation of traffic phase plans, creation of traffic sign plans, and coordination of temporary traffic management (MOR) are included. For the Martin-Luther-Straße project, local construction supervision (HOAI §47, Lph.8 special services) including utility coordination, supplementary claim review (on merits and amount), construction site protocols, photo documentation, excavation monitoring, coordination of explosive ordnance disposal companies, ecological construction supervision, and consideration of residents' concerns with individual adaptation works, as well as coordination of occupational safety and health matters according to BaustellV, are foreseen. Additionally, civil engineering management for LSA conversion, LSA new construction, and street lighting in the Ichostraße project is included.
