Receivable services for Horten municipality: Collection of all outstanding requirements in the areas of rent, municipal duties (including property taxes), payments for nursery and after-school care places, health and care services, parking, library, and other fixed and variable invoicing. The collection is to be carried out professionally and in accordance with legal requirements. Approximately 3,000 cases were sent to debt collection in 2025. An option for reminder services must be offered; approximately 5,500 reminders were issued in 2025. The contract is for multiple years.
