The construction work includes the installation of the heating system (heating trade) including connection to an existing distributor of a district heating transfer station, laying of heating distribution pipes made of stainless steel and steel pipes, installation of fittings, valves, pumps and measuring devices, and heat transfer by means of static radiators. In addition, temporary winter construction heating is to be carried out on a rental basis for two heating periods (2026/2027 and 2027/2028). The heating installation trade dominates the measure.

Landscaping Green Roofs for New School Building in Nuremberg

Subject of the tender are landscaping works for the greening of roofs for the new construction of a 3-group after-school care center, a 1-court sports hall, and the specialist room extension of a primary school in Nuremberg. The works essentially comprise approx. 1,730 m² of roof greening with separation layers and roof substrate, as well as approx. 1,610 m² of seeding with sedum shoots. In addition, approx. 275 m of fall protection for care and maintenance work, as well as support plates and solar base frames for a photovoltaic system are to be installed.
