Additionally, 22 units of ceiling smoke detectors for fire doors with hold-open devices, 162 units of door signage, 55 units of wall door stoppers, 11 units of doors with swing door drives. Maintenance services include 48 units of fire doors and 3 units of escape doors without fire protection requirements.
