Interior Doors for New Hilgenbergschule Building

Delivery and installation of interior doors for the new construction of a three-stream primary school for approximately 324 students and 40 staff. The two-story building includes school rooms, a cafeteria with a warming kitchen, administration, and a technical center on the ground floor, as well as classrooms in 4 clusters with open learning areas and terraces on the upper floor. The scope includes: 37 wooden doors with wooden frame linings and real wood veneer, approx. 120 sqm, partly sound insulation class (SSK) 2 and SSK 3, partly fire-rated (T30/RS); 29 wooden doors with fixed glazed side panels, wooden frame linings, SSK 2, glazing up to 43 dB, totaling 309 sqm; 4 units of T30/EI30/RS elements with wooden frame lining and glass/frame doors, totaling 45 sqm; 2 units of double-leaf T30/RS wooden doors with wooden frame linings, hold-open devices, and magnetic catches, totaling 18.9 sqm; 8 steel wrap-around frames with wooden doors for damp and wet rooms; 1 sliding door as a wet room door with a steel wrap-around frame.
