Inspection Services for Construction Projects
Framework agreement for construction inspections according to AB 04 and ABT 06 for construction projects within the geographical area of Värnamo municipality: The procurement consists of eight parts with estimated values between 250,000 SEK and 1,500,000 SEK and ceiling values between 350,000 SEK and 2,100,000 SEK. No specific volume is guaranteed. The framework agreements become ineffective if the ceiling volume is reached. The buyer has the right to early termination with six months' notice if the ceiling volume is at risk of being exceeded during the contract period. The assignment is governed by ABK 09 with the changes specified in the administrative provisions. Contracts will be awarded separately for each part to the top three bidders.
