Installation of HVAC and plumbing systems: 6 roof drains (free-flow, retention roof), approx. 110 linear meters of galvanized steel rainwater pipes, 15 floor drains, 1 sewage lifting unit with PE sewage pressure pipe, 1 water treatment plant for air conditioning (osmosis system), 7 hygiene flushing units, approx. 630 linear meters of plastic sewage pipes, approx. 1,570 linear meters of pressed stainless steel drinking water pipes. Sanitary ceramics include 21 WCs, 24 washbasins, 9 slop sinks, 8 urinals, 1 bathtub, 9 showers, supplemented by taps for sanitary objects, hygiene equipment, and installation elements. Furthermore, 3 electric instantaneous water heaters and 17 fire extinguishers are planned, along with condensation, thermal, and fire protection insulation (mineral wool) and approx. 60 core drillings. The heating system comprises 1 district heating compact station (515 kW, indirect connection), 1 pressure maintenance unit with a membrane expansion vessel (800 l), 1 spray pipe deaeration including refilling, 1 dirt/sludge separator (maximum volume flow 27.0 m³/h), and 1 domestic hot water preparation unit (210 kW as a fresh water system). Additionally, approx. 1,620 linear meters of black welded steel heating pipes, shut-off and control valves are included. Radiators consist of approx. 25 heating panels and approx. 3 profile radiators. Moreover, approx. 4,900 m² of wet system underfloor heating and approx. 96 m² of ceiling radiant panels, thermal and fire protection insulation (mineral wool), as well as temporary winter heating (utilization of rough installation and radiators with manual control) and approx. 35 core drillings are part of the scope.

Security guarding and patrol services for the PFS Schneeberg property: Guarding involves the deployment of 2 persons in 24-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, for an area of approximately 230,829 m² with approximately 28 buildings/structures. Tasks include monitoring and operating technical systems (EMA, BMA, video system with approx. 40 connected video cameras), initiating intervention measures and initial measures (police, fire department, disaster relief), support as needed, forwarding reports of emergencies and malfunctions, key management, monitoring pedestrian traffic, telephone service (object protection, alarm service for emergencies), maintaining a logbook, unrestricted duty to inform about security-relevant incidents, and access/entry control. Patrolling is carried out by 2 persons in shifts from Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 06:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 00:00 to 24:00. This includes 5-6 patrol and control rounds at irregular times from Monday to Friday, and 12-13 rounds on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, including 1 foot patrol (approx. 4.5 to 5 km) of 100 minutes each. Tasks cover checking fences and gate systems, verifying building closure and exterior integrity, monitoring for unauthorized person movement, preventing crimes against the property of the Free State of Saxony, controlling persons present at unusual times, cooperation with police and emergency services, switching off light sources, and activating the intruder alarm system. A control system with 47 control points must be installed, expandable by a maximum of 5 additional control points.
