Maintenance and Minor Repair Works for Municipal Buildings in Bemowo District

Maintenance and minor repair works for municipal buildings in the housing stock of Bemowo District: ongoing inspection of building equipment such as joinery, stairwell claddings, landings, and other internal pedestrian routes; maintenance and ongoing technical inspection of pedestrian routes; checking and repairing walls and plaster in alcoves, stairwells, basements, and facades quarterly or upon notification; maintenance, checking, and repairing intercom systems upon notification; checking and repairing light fixtures in and on buildings, including replacement of brackets, housings, diffusers, covers, or internal components like ballasts, starters, sockets, or replacement of entire fixtures up to 5 units; maintenance, checking, and repairing door closers, electromagnetic locks, building hardware, locks, and handles at least once a month; maintenance of electrical installations in common areas (excluding fittings) and removal of all faults quarterly or upon notification; ongoing removal of identified damages and irregularities in the electrical installation; checking the condition of sockets and fuse inserts and repairing or replacing damaged equipment (sockets, switches, bells); maintenance of the lightning protection system by inspecting connections, clamps, brackets, supports, tensioners, fastening lightning protection components to the building structure with connection of identified breaks in the installation; supplementing missing diffusers, covers, lids, closures, safeguards of all electrical devices; adjustment of time and twilight switches. An optional extension for similar services is foreseen up to a gross amount of 367,200.00 zł. A mandatory site visit will take place on 20.08.2026 at 14:00, starting at ul. Radiowa 27, followed by ul. Radiowa 26, Grotowska 1, Dostępna 38, 38A, 42, 44, ul. Pełczyńskiego 24-24C and 30. Further details are available in the tender documents.
