Refurbishment of the Holzhafenklappbrücke
Refurbishment of the Holzhafenklappbrücke (Bw. Nr. F24): Creation of supplementary execution documents, removal of the superstructure, complete refurbishment of the superstructure, reinforced concrete substructures, and the operating and power distribution house. The existing drive will be removed, reconstructed, and reinstalled. The existing pile foundation remains in the ground. Measures include restoring load-bearing capacity, corrosion protection, closing cracks in masonry and concrete, increasing the resistance of concrete surfaces, eliminating settlement-related defects, and restoring the functionality of the machine technology. This involves a complete renewal of corrosion protection and, in case of severe rusting, the partial replacement of individual structural parts while preserving the historical appearance in accordance with monument protection requirements.
