Medium repair of 8 Series 1142 electric locomotives according to the maintenance instructions for traction vehicles owned by HŽ Putnički prijevoz d.o.o. (SV 28/2023, 11/2024, 10/2025): Contracting the 4th maintenance function for the technical maintenance of vehicles or their parts, including commissioning documentation. The service applies to traction vehicles for which HŽ Putnički prijevoz d.o.o. is registered as the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) in the European Vehicle Register (EVR) maintained by the Railway Safety Agency or the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA). The affected locomotives are numbered: 91 78 1142 001-2, 91 78 1142 003-8, 91 78 1142 004-6, 91 78 1142 005-3, 91 78 1142 006-1, 91 78 1142 011-1, 91 78 1142 015-2, 91 78 1142 016-0.
