Soil Investigation and Survey in German North Sea EEZ from 2027

Geotechnical exploration in the German EEZ of the North Sea from 2027 onwards, including laboratory investigations and documentation (FERKL 2026). The measure comprises ground investigation works by means of CPTs, boreholes with sampling, and borehole geophysical measurements in the unconsolidated rock of the North Sea. The works extend over the FEP area N-12.6 and the investigation area N-16 Ost at water depths of up to 51 m LAT and exploration depths of up to 80 m below the seabed. The main trade is the geotechnical offshore ground investigation including subsequent soil mechanical laboratory analyses.

Software for Crew Planning and Time Tracking on Ships

The subject of the tender is the development and provision of software for personnel deployment planning, time recording and data management for the ships of the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) to replace the existing Excel-based processes. The service includes the provision as a cloud solution or as an externally hosted server solution based on EVB-IT Cloud in compliance with the BSI C5 criteria catalogue. The software must map complex collective bargaining and civil service regulations (TVöD, TVöD BT-V, ArbZG, AZV) as well as specific service agreements for approx. 140 employees on 5 ships and approx. 20 land users. Core functions include duty planning, minute-accurate time recording including variable allowances, qualification and certificate management (e.g. STCW) as well as data exchange between the ships and the land-based offices.
