Integration of Transformer T1 for the TEICH Power Plant: Removal and temporary on-site storage of the existing Transformer T1 (on a removable retention tray); fire protection and environmental compliance through modification of the existing retention pit to accommodate a metallic GAC retention tray with fire protection device, gratings, and rainwater drainage via a filter cartridge, with an option to propose and implement a cost-reducing solution; electrical interfacing (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage A, High Voltage B) of the new transformer; replacement of the transformer's Low Voltage cables according to installation rules in a High Voltage B substation; replacement of the transformer's Medium Voltage A power evacuation cables according to installation rules in a High Voltage B substation (as a conditional section); compliance check of the homopolar measuring transducers for Transformer T1; preparation of test reports; execution of commissioning tests; creation and update of 'as-built' electrical diagrams for the new installation and their integration into the existing set of plans. Excluded are studies concerning the manufacturing, transport, and placement of the new T1 power evacuation transformer, as well as software modifications for PLCs, protection relays, and supervision systems.
