Integrated System for Operational Deployment Technology (SoE)

Integrated System for Operational Deployment Technology (SoE) with video-generating and image-processing systems: AKLS license plate recognition systems for vehicles, dashcam systems for vehicles, and bodycam systems for operational field service. This includes licenses, mobile communication, training, accessories, support services for installation and technical commissioning, and system service. A framework agreement will be concluded for the procurement of the following quantities: Hardware includes bodycams (immediate purchase: 2,100, estimated additional purchase: 650, maximum purchase: 2,750), single and multi-docking stations (immediate purchase: calculated by bidder, estimated additional purchase: immediate purchase quantity x 50%, maximum purchase: immediate purchase quantity x 150%), automatic holster signal transmitters (minimum purchase: 150, estimated additional purchase: 300, maximum purchase: 450), mounting bracket variant 1 (immediate purchase: 15,000, estimated additional purchase: 5,000, maximum purchase: 20,000), mounting bracket variant 2 (loop mount) (immediate purchase: 1,050, estimated additional purchase: 1,700, maximum purchase: 2,750), mounting bracket variant 3 (Molle element) (immediate purchase: 500, estimated additional purchase: 24,500, maximum purchase: 25,000), and AKLS including a forward-facing dashcam for coverage of at least 3 lanes and a dashcam for rear traffic (immediate purchase: 22, estimated additional purchase: 378, maximum purchase: 400). Optionally, an electronic self-service terminal (estimated purchase: 220, maximum purchase: 220) is included. The purchase of software and licenses depends on hardware call-offs and the bidder's offered license model.
