Integrated mapping, digitalization, and IT system implementation services for cemetery management (Eternitatea, Sf. Lazăr, Ștefan cel Mare): Hybrid mapping (air + ground), epigraphic data collection (deceased names inventory), GIS deliverables, a cemetery administration module, interoperability (API) and synchronization, integrations with other systems, a visual warning system (traffic light system), and a reconciliation engine (automatic matching). The estimated value ranges from a minimum of 1,475,000 Lei to a maximum of 3,000,000 Lei without VAT. This includes the development, configuration, installation, and commissioning of an IT platform (1 unit, estimated value 850,000 Lei without VAT) with initial integration, minimum data population for demo and configuration, warranty, maintenance, technical support, and cloud hosting. Furthermore, terrestrial and aerial (UAV or equivalent) topographic surveys, creation of orthophoto plans, identification and measurement of burial plots/potential plots, vectorization, attribute and UID completion, epigraphic data collection, verification, correlation/reconciliation, full database population, and delivery to the platform are foreseen for: Eternitatea Cemetery (minimum 10,000, maximum 27,000 burial plots, minimum value 250,000 Lei, maximum value 675,000 Lei), Sf. Lazăr Cemetery (minimum 10,000, maximum 45,000 burial plots, minimum value 250,000 Lei, maximum value 1,125,000 Lei), and Ștefan cel Mare Cemetery (minimum 5,000, maximum 14,000 burial plots, minimum value 125,000 Lei, maximum value 350,000 Lei). The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is 1,200,000 Lei, and the smallest is 125,000 Lei.
