Integrated design services for a new municipal cemetery in Letterkenny, County Donegal: Design, specification, procurement, supervision, and overall project management for the construction of a cemetery including approximately 2,500 burial plots, a memorial garden with repositories/columbarium for ashes, a reception/office admin building (to be confirmed), a memorial service building with public toilets (including connection to public mains or alternative on-site treatment), a maintenance/operations/storage building and service yard, roof-mounted solar panels (where feasible), on-site parking provision, and all associated landscaping and drainage works including storm water attenuation. Vehicular access to the cemetery will be from Leck Road via a new entrance. Pedestrian/cycle connection and integration with the new Southern Network Roads project. The services involve leading the project through the five stages of the Capital Works Management Framework.
