Integrated access control and parking management systems: Delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning for the Science and Technology Park Sofia, Bulgaria, at Tsarigradsko shose No. 111Zh. The scope covers the entire parking area, including the public paid zone (multi-storey car park and open areas) and the internal service zone. Services include the dismantling of 38 barriers, 19 cameras, and 19 terminals, followed by the delivery and installation of new entrance and exit infrastructure with electromechanical barriers, LPR cameras, payment terminals, and information displays. New equipment must be certified and compatible. Also included are software implementation and configuration of a centralized local management platform, integration of all new and usable existing components, as well as operator training and commissioning. The existing system comprises 7 checkpoints in the public paid zone (6 of which are standard entry/exit points, each with an entry and exit barrier, LPR cameras for both directions, an entry and exit terminal, and two payment devices located in the multi-storey car park building) and 2 control islands with barriers and cameras for access to the multi-storey car park. The internal service zone consists of 12 checkpoints (CPP 8–19) for controlled access via LPR or contactless cards, without payment functionality for external persons.
