Integrated Foreigner Agenda System (ICAS)
Integrated Foreigner Agenda System (ICAS): Architecture design, development, delivery, and implementation of a new system. The scope includes the creation of a functional unit of the agenda information system, comprising the operating environment, client part (foreigner profile) within the frontend, backend, application solution, and data migration from existing information systems. The application solution will reflect new legislative requirements in foreigner residency matters, public administration service standards, cybersecurity, and records management. Main users are employees of the Asylum and Migration Policy Department of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. The contract also includes subsequent administration, operation, and development of ICAS for an indefinite period.
