Interim Containers for Engers Fire Department

Delivery of interim containers for an interim location of the Engers Fire Department in the "Schützengrund" industrial area, Neuwieder Straße 58: A container facility for purchase, including delivery and installation. The facility has dimensions of approximately 20.70 m x 14.50 m x 2.90 m room height, interior approximately 2.50 m, and is a 1-story mobile building (make Kleusberg, Type 2500 PLUS or equivalent). It consists of 2 basic containers with kitchen/sink (approx. 2.45 x 6.04 m), 2 basic containers without fittings (approx. 3.00 x 6.04 m), 2 sanitary containers with WC/shower (approx. 3.00 x 6.04 m), 2 corridor containers without fittings (approx. 3.00 x 2.45 m), and 2 further corridor containers without fittings (approx. 7.35 x 2.45 m). The number of room units, arrangement, room layout, switches, presence detectors, sockets, lights, radiators, doors, windows, as well as sanitary and kitchen objects are according to the floor plan. The containers include verifiable site-specific and special statics, comply with thermal insulation requirements according to DIN 4108-2, feature VSG glazing and turn restrictors on all windows, and locks for electrical sub-distribution. Heating and cooling are provided by electric convectors, operated by an inverter system. Static boundary conditions include a floor traffic load of 3.8 kN/m², in corridors 5.0 kN/m², a maximum snow load according to DIN EN 1991-1-3:2010-12 of characteristic sk = 1.625 kN/m² and on the roof s = 1.3 kN/m², up to wind load zone 3 according to DIN EN 1991-1-4:2010-12.
