Internal Relocation Services

Internal relocation services for the headquarters and other branches: Conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor for an initial term of two years, with the option to extend twice by one year each. The scope of services includes moving office furniture such as desks, chairs, plants, and cabinets; clearing and re-equipping floor sections for carpet replacement; disposal or transport of furniture to other locations, storage, or waste dumps; handyman services; connecting and disconnecting ICT cabling (cable management); archive relocations; furniture storage; provision of an online platform for real-time insight into stored furniture/items; project management for housing projects, and communication related to relocations.
