Estimated scope of services for the contract term: Maintenance and support services approximately 10 hours per month on average (flat-rate remuneration); support services for the computing and media center, the main website, six faculty websites, and the HHZ and HSZ-BW websites approximately 10 hours per month on average (billed according to actual effort); unscheduled projects approximately 10 hours per month on average (billed according to actual effort); one-time execution of a TYPO3 major version upgrade including migration and adaptation of currently seven custom extensions.
