The system will be provided as an internet-based solution (SaaS). Integration of existing data (approx. 25,000 users, 2,800 pool vehicles) and potential reuse of already installed electronic car-sharing equipment. The system must support self-service access for users, comprehensive administration and reporting functions for FMI, technical support, and a 24/7 helpdesk. The contract duration is 72 months from signing, with an option for 2 extensions of 24 months each.
